MS, CRC, ICF-ACC Counsellor and Coach
Brigid lives in Fort Erie, Ontario with her family. She has worked as a Counsellor for many years, most recently as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor, helping teens and adults of all abilities and differences work through barriers to reach their goals. She has lots of experience and deep knowledge in the areas of mental health, learning disabilities, ADHD, rehabilitation, addiction, justice-involved, and vocational services.
She is a seeker of Human Growth and Development, and her passion for working with people, and love of learning, led her to evidence-based training programs. She is a graduate of the Youth Coaching Institute's Youth Coaching programs. She is also a Level 2 trained IFS (Internal Family Systems) Practitioner.
Her mission is to help empower individuals who want to move forward, discover themselves, and reach their potential.
